The short version: use the tool responsibly
Terms of Service
Mithlond helps its owner process and publish media. These terms keep that small promise honest.
Effective September 6, 2026
Agreement and scope
These Terms govern use of Mithlond, a private content-production application operated by Spatium Stories. By connecting an account or using the application, you agree to these Terms.
Authorized use
You may use Mithlond only with accounts, files, media, and publishing destinations you own or are authorized to control. You are responsible for the content you process or publish and for complying with applicable laws, platform rules, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, and music or media licenses.
Connected services
Mithlond can connect to Google Drive, Google Sheets, Amazon S3, and Buffer at the owner’s direction. Those services are governed by their own terms and availability. Mithlond does not control their policies, outages, moderation decisions, or account restrictions.
Publishing control
Mithlond uses a prepare-and-commit workflow for publishing. You are responsible for reviewing media, captions, social copy, platforms, and scheduled times before committing a post. Automated or scheduled delivery by a third party may be delayed or rejected.
Security
You must protect access tokens, client secrets, device access, and connected accounts. Do not share credentials publicly. Revoke access promptly if you believe a credential or device has been compromised.
No warranties
Mithlond is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spatium Stories disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Transcriptions, captions, quality checks, and publishing integrations may contain errors and should be reviewed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spatium Stories will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost content, revenue, data, or opportunity arising from use of Mithlond or a connected service.
Suspension and termination
Access may be discontinued if the application is used unlawfully, without authorization, or in a way that threatens accounts, systems, or other people. You may stop using Mithlond and revoke connected-service permissions at any time.
Changes and contact
These Terms may be updated as Mithlond changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions may be directed to the developer contact address shown on Mithlond’s Google authorization screen.
